Confession, also called the Sacrament of Reconciliation, is the sacrament through which we acknowledge our sins and receive God’s forgiveness. Through the ministry of the priest, Christ offers healing, mercy, and the grace to begin again.

Examination of Conscience
An Examination of Conscience is a brief, prayerful review of one’s thoughts, words, and actions. By reflecting honestly in light of the Gospel, we recognize our sins and the areas where we need God’s grace.
